STA's Silver Jubilarians for 2014 held their Second Medical Mission in the coastal area of Sitio Roma, Brgy. Balaring in Silay City.
For this mission, nine members of STA Elementary Batch '85 and High School Batch '89 joined a group of volunteers from Silay who regularly hold a feeding program every Saturday. Some 100 residents of Sitio Roma, both adults and children, were served with free medical consultation and medicines.
Sitio Roma was also affected by Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) when it hit the Philippines last December.
The first Medical Mission conducted by Batch '89 was in partnership with Light of Jesus (LOJ) last December 28 in Cadiz City.
The Batch plans to hold a third Medical Mission on the end of June at the STA Covered Court. Target recipients will be from other nearby adopted communities of STA.
Thank you to all partners and sponsors who made this project possible.

Silay City, Negros Occidental - For the third time in a year, STA's Silver Jubilarians GS '85 and HS '89 sponsored a medical mission, this time for the members of the STA community.
Workers from Talyares and selected families from STA's partner communities were also invited to avail of the medical services. Dr. Gladys G.
